Shipping policy

 

Delivery Areas:

We deliver across all of Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and the outlying islands (Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, etc.).

Delivery Schedule:

Orders are arranged for delivery on the weekend following order confirmation.

Example: An order confirmed on Friday will be delivered on the next Saturday or Sunday.

Orders confirmed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the weekend of the following week.

Deliveries are generally made during daytime hours; exact timing will be arranged with the customer.

Delivery Fees:

Free delivery for orders of 6 bottles or more.

HKD 200 delivery fee applies for orders of less than 6 bottles.

Age Verification on Delivery:

All orders are for customers 18 years or older.

If the recipient is found to be underage at delivery, the order will not be handed over and no refund will be issued.

Please Note:

Customers should inspect the goods at the time of delivery and report any shortages, damage, or other issues immediately.

In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of this policy, the English version shall prevail.
