A Third Growth in the heart of Margaux revived by the Perrodo family (owners of neighboring Labegorce), Marquis d'Alesme draws the 2018 from the lieu-dit Les Terrasses de Margaux. It needs a good swirl to unlock ripe blackcurrants, wild blueberries and Morello cherries charged with energy through a long, mineral-tinged finish.
