Les Griffons is the second wine of Château Pichon Baron, created in 2012 from parcels beside the grand vin and representing under a quarter of the harvest. The 2019 bounds from the glass with black cherries, warm cassis, lilacs and pencil shavings, finishing long and perfumed.
