Faset is one of Barbaresco's historic crus, and the Michele Chiarlo house — founded in 1956 — farms it in the perfumed, elegant style that made the appellation famous. The 2020 layers dried cherries and raspberries with rose, lavender bud, cinnamon and liquorice root, its compact velvety tannins carrying a long, focused finish.
